Great fun was had by all ! We found Shropshire Raft Tours an excellent company with great communication and a straight forward bookings system . Nigel our professional instructor was waiting for us at Bridgenorth carpark where we were shuttled to the start location of our canoe trip. All safety instructions were given and the equipment was dry and all in an excellent condition. We all thoroughly enjoyed our paddle down the 7 mile stretch of the River Severn.We were then helped out of the canoes and onto dry land with none of the 9 of us falling in!We could highly recommend Nigel and Shropshire Raft Tours if you are looking for an adventure and fun in a large group .

Great morning on the river Great experience family rafting with two young children. Booking was easy, joining instructions were clear and easy to follow. Nigel was excellent. Equipment was clean, tidy and well maintained. A very enjoyable morning with a great company, I would recommend it.

A great family day out An excellent day out. Well organised and supervised. A great family day out full of enjoyment,laughs and thrills. I took our grandsons and we had a wonderful time. The river Severn is wonderful,so tranquil with lovely scenery and wild life to spot. Full recommend be assured you will not be disappointed what ever your age group.

Great family day rafting We had a fantastic family day out with Shropshire Raft Tours. The 7-mile stretch of river was absolutely beautiful – calm and serene for much of the journey, but with just enough little challenges along the way to keep it fun and exciting!The whole experience was really well organised, and the team made sure we had everything we needed before setting off. It felt safe but still adventurous, which was perfect for all of us as a family activity.A brilliant way to see the surrounding countryside from a different perspective. This is our second trip (the first was 5 years ago) and we will definitely be back.

The meet up instructions were clear and sent quickly through email. On the day everything went smoothly thanks to Sharon and the team. Totally brilliant I spent a while researching different kayaking companies, routes and prices and I’m sooo glad I booked here. The perfect distance with brilliant direction and set up. A good mix of excitement with some of the faster sections and beauty and tranquility of other parts. We had such fun and no incidents- which is miraculous for my family and testament to the brilliant team! If reading this- all I can say is- just do it!

A lovely outing A lovely experience. Good kit and knowledgeable staff. Gentle route with a few quicker sections for interest, but nothing too challenging. We saw a stoat and kingfisher!

A Great Few Hours We had a great few hours in a two person canoe on the River Severn with Shropshire Raft Tours. All the equipment was clean and in good condition; everything took place on schedule; Nigel and his colleague were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The safety briefing with description of the river and route was excellent, and the trip itself was absolutely beautiful. Fantastic variety of bird life, including kingfishers, and very lovely scenery. Highly recommended!

River adventures We had a great trip with ages ranging from 6 to 69 it was a wonderful family day creating memories. Nigel and Sharon were really helpful and a safe pair of hands. All the equipment and boats were in excellent condition. It couldn't have gone better !
